When I first visited Bovey Tracey Chiropractic, the pain in my knee was causing great pain and discomfort. It meant daily dog walks were no longer enjoyable and my previous active lifestyle, including running, was pretty non-existent. After 5 appointments the pain was almost gone and left me able to manage my knee mobility with daily exercises which Joe prescribed and even meant that I could get back to jogging.
