Late Cancellation Policy. We kindly request that you give at least 12 hours notice in the event you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment (but preferably 24 hours). This will enable us to offer your cancelled time slot to another patient. Failure to cancel at least 12 hours prior to your appointment can incur a cancellation fee of £30.00 rising to the cost of the appointment for repeated occurrences.
